50's Zeitgeist
Since we're working on the "Basic Dress Foundation", in Apparel we have been researching past examples of bodices, starting with those lovely 50s. Everything looks like a Disney Princess dress ;) Ah and if you look above there are THE neatest ads - and if you look closely above you can see listings for Parsons and RISD. So cool! These are Vogue issues from 1953 and 57 just to give me a fair span of the decade. Just about every-single-magazine is in the archives. Heaven.
